Fleet-Net has developed Claims & Safety to track and maintain data on accidents and incidents as they occur.  A set of standard reports has been developed for Claims & Safety users to analyze the data by DATES, LOCATION, EMPLOYEE or INCIDENT TYPE.  In addition to these reports the standard NTD Form 405 pages 1 and 2 can be automatically produced.

The NTD codes and descriptions for the 405 reports are pre-defined in the program and can be selected to describe the accident or incident.  Additionally, the user can define a set of codes unique to their own needs that further describe the accident or incident.

A safety award file is also set up in order to reference driver information when determining who is eligible to receive a reward.

By tracking mishaps through Claims & Safety module, staff can utilize the data to produce and analyze reports for help in prevention of future mishaps.  The user, with ACCESS can generate their own queries or reports or use the ones provided by Fleet-Net.
